Sharing Photos of Downloadable Print Outs on Social Media

You are allowed to share photos of your print outs of downloadable content such as coloring pages on social media under the following conditions:

  1. I am listed as the original artist.
  2. You may not resell either your colored pages, blank pages, or the file itself in any way, shape, or form.

Use on other websites

You are allowed to share/use my artwork and stories on other websites as long as all of the following conditions are met:

  1. I am listed as the artist and/or author.
  2. A link back to my website and/or social media is provided.
  3. You are not using my artwork for profit, advertising, or promotion of a for profit event.
  4. You are not utilizing my artwork and/or stories in a negative/defamatory manner towards me or anyone else. The information provided alongside my work(s) are, as far as you know, accurate.

For Profit Examples

These are for profit examples for websites in which my artwork and/or stories are not allowed to be used.

  • For placement on any and all products without my explicit written permission, pay-on-demand site or otherwise. Amazon, Etsy, eBay, RedBubble, Society6, and others are included in this.
  • To promote any movie, television show, documentary, website, blog, book, podcast, music, live stream, video game, comic book, app, product, or otherwise in which you may believe my artwork is a good “example” or representation of the content contained within without my explicit written permission.

Use for AI (Artificial intelligence) training

You may not use my artwork and/or stories in part or whole, in any way, for training or use within an artificial intelligence (AI) image generator or other forms of AI. I have placed a noimageai and noai directive within my site header to help facilitate this.

Use as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) & NFT Minting

You may not use my artwork and/or stories in any way for NFT or minting of NFTs. I give no permission to anyone to mint my artwork and/or stories as an NFT. I have not and will not mint my artwork as NFTs. Minting, listing, buying, or selling of my artwork and/or stories as an NFT is strictly prohibited. Any NFT purchased with my artwork and/or stories or name attached is illegal, illegitimate, fraudulent, and a violation of my copyright(s).

Use in Print

You may not use any of my illustrations and/or stories in digital or physical print for any purpose whatsoever without my explicit written permission.

Use for Tattoos

I love when people get tattoos of my work! But let’s chat first. You may not use any of my illustrations for tattoo purposes without explicit written permission, because some works may be commissioned works that were meant for their commissioners. So if you’d like to use an artwork of mine, or part of an artwork of mine, for a tattoo, please contact me to ask first. Once I can confirm that the artwork you are interested in is not a commission, I ask that you make a donation of your choice either by purchasing a print of the artwork, joining my Patreon, or leaving a tip on my Ko-fi. I also request to receive finished photos of tattoos. They can be emailed to [email protected]

Licensing

If you wish to use one or more of my artworks and/or stories to promote your product, book, video game, app, or something else, I allow for licensing agreements. Please contact me if you would like to license one or more of my artworks and/or stories for any for profit purpose.

Strictly Forbidden Practices

Please do not:

  • Crop out my signature and/or watermark
  • Claim my work as your own
  • Use my artwork and/or stories for character sheets and/or character reference sheets
  • Add additional text, quotes, filters, or make other alterations to my artwork
  • Include my artwork and/or stories within collages or other artworks without explicit written permission
  • Upload any of my copyrighted artwork and/or stories to free stock sites
  • Upload any of my copyrighted artwork and/or stories to any art or artist websites
  • Mint any NFTs of my artwork and/or stories
  • Use my artwork and/or stories for any training or seed images for any sort of AI

My artwork and stories are very important to me and is the culmination of years and years of practice and hard work. I appreciate your respect to my copyright! If something is not covered here and you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
